Following over 30 years experience Ann has introduced in house train the trainer, coaching and mentoring courses for health and social care establishments.

Train the trainer courses are over 3 or 4 days depending upon the topic.

For example the basic life support train the trainer will include an emergency first aid at work course on day 1.

Day 2 is the theory of training and how to conduct a demonstration.

Day 3 includes the delegates leading a short session

Day 4 how to give feedback, coach and encourage.

Coach and mentoring courses are 2 days based around 

The Care Certificate and other specific requirements of the establishment, e.g. medication administration.
